I want to highly recommend Pipetechs plumbing! Today in the middle of my shower the tub started not draining then the toilet was clogged even though no one had used it. Called Blantons they were no help even though we have a contract with them. Pipetechs promptly arrived when they said they would and turns out our cleaners had apparently broken a piece off a cleaning brush and it had lodged about 19” down the main line. These guys worked about 2 hours and finally after removing the toilet got it unplugged. Was about $656 but we felt that was reasonable for the amount of time they had in the job. Plus they came out in this snow.

I called my HOA manager about a leaking washer valve for a rental property. They sent Pipetechs to fix it. Pipetechs showed up to assess, but never repaired or fixed the problem! I understand that they were waiting for authorization, but the technician left without turning off the main water shutoff in the closet. They left the water leaking in my vacant home!! Unbelievable!! So unprofessional!! No communication other than an estimate! BTW - I accepted the repair estimate within 10 minutes of receiving it, and still no communication until 4 days later!

Pipe Tech was hired to address a plumbing issue in my apartment complex that initially seemed to be a simple leak. However, once Pipe Tech arrived, the situation rapidly escalated. Shockingly, the entire breezeway of my apartment became covered with urine and feces during their intervention. To make matters worse, the Pipe Tech employees left the scene and did not return for over an hour. Upon their return, they displayed a complete lack of apology and casually remarked, "that's the way the cookie crumbles." This nonchalant attitude in the face of a severe sanitation issue is unacceptable. Given this experience, I strongly advise against using this company. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties uploading videos to illustrate the extent of the problem. However, I intend to share these materials on social media as a warning to unsuspecting homeowners and renters about the potential hazards associated with Pipe Tech's services.

Travis is professional and knowledgeable about the scope of work. He was kind enough to explain the process in detail as well as what the next steps should be. He is an asset to his company. Thanks again for your time and attention to our issue.

I found water that kept appearing on my bathroom floor and thought it might be a slab leak. Bashir checked the meter and determined that the water was actually coming from a toilet that had been badly installed last year by another company. He gave me a price for the repair. After removing the toilet, Bashir showed me the condition of the sealing ring underneath and explained the options for repair. We agreed upon a final price. My husband then mentioned that the sink faucet in his bathroom was leaking and asked if Bashir would have time to fix that as well. He had to go out to pick up the parts for the second job but returned quickly. Three hours later, everything was done and my house was clean. I wrote a check for the total amount. Bashir showed me there was also some moisture next to my bathrub and explained that it was probably over flow from the toilet but that it could, possibly, be a leak in the water pipe. (A pipe leak would require breaking through the wall.) He recommended that I run a fan in the bathroom for a few days to dry up the water (and even helped me select one online) and see if that took care of all the moisture. Update: Five days later the bathroom floor is still wet even after running two floor fans and the ceiling ventilation fan. When I tried filling the tub halfway on Friday night, water came seeping out from the bottom of the tub. I called PipeTechs. Chris came on Monday afternoon and determined that the seal around the bathtub drain was almost nonexistent. He fixed that and told me to try the fans for another three days before attempting to use the tub again. If the floor was still wet, I should give it a few more days. He explained that this kind of leak required a process of elimination to avoid too much damage to the house. Chris was very pleasant and seems to know his job. He only charged me for labor costs. I'm not sure why Bashir didn't suggest checking the drain as well, which is why I removed a star. Here's hoping! 2nd update: Twelve days after my initial visit from PipeTechs, my floors are still leaking! I've been running three fans 24/7 and its still not drying the floor. We called another plumber who recommended we hire a leak detection service that would use noninvasive technology to pinpoint the leak before breaking into any walls or floors. Since PipeTechs lists Water Leak Detection Services as one of the things they do, I don't understand why neither Bashir nor Chris tried that first. Final Update: Nearly two months later, I realize that Pipe Techs specializes in ripping off customers. We figured out that our bathtub was leaking (the part that Chris fixed was only the tip of the iceberg) so we had the whole thing replaced by Midtown Plumbing. Several days later, the floor started showing water again. I called our current plumber, who asked if I had been using the toilet. I had, so he took it out and showed me that Bashir has done a very poor job (the irony is that Bashir made a point of telling me how badly the original toilet had been installed!) and that the materials used were unlikely to hold a seal. He is now replacing the ring with a steel one instead of the cheap plastic piece for which I was charged $600 by Pipe Techs. He will pull up the rest of the tiles on the bathroom floor as they are too saturated to dry otherwise. Since we are also waiting for another company to repair the drywall removed during the tub installation and the leak detection, the toilet will need to be left out for a week so the floor tile can be replaced properly. This would have been unnecessary if Bashir had done his job properly in the first place. My husband and I are beyond furious at this point. I will tell everyone I know that Pipetechs hires polite young men who lack either training or motivation. I have to leave at least one star to post this review so I did, but I would leave NO stars for PipeTechs!

Bashir was my Technician and no kinder or more knowledgeable young man is out there in any trade! His plumbing knowledge & respect for an older lady who did not understand was above and beyond. Fantastic and completely fixed the issue. What incredible service!!

Josh, was awesome! He came on time. Did an excellent job installing a hot water heater. Had a great attitude and I will call pipe tech for future repairs.
